- Enter your 14-digit reference number found on your physical electricity bill slip.

The reference number is printed in the top header box of your electricity bill, usually labeled REFERENCE NO (حوالہ نمبر) right above your consumer name and address. It is a 14-digit sequence (e.g., 06 11353 0462901 U). You only need to type the digits into our search box.
When you check your bill on Bijli Bill Checker:
- PAID ✓ (ادا شدہ): If the bill payment has cleared in the PITC bank clearing system, you will see a prominent green PAID badge and a verified stamp.
- UNPAID ⚠️ (غیر ادا شدہ): If the bill is awaiting payment, the status displays UNPAID with the payable amount and due date.
